I wonder how many feminists support the idea of a biological male competing against women. It seems to provide yet another advantage for males to the detriment of women.

There's clearly no similar disruption of men's sports by biological women, and the obvious conclusion is that there must be some biological advantage. The fact that this is debated and there are males competing in female sports is a sign at how hard we work to hide the truth when it might upset someone.
